Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 50088 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 50088 platform. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 50088 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party if you have shared your login credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will take appropriate action to secure your account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 50088 platform agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or activity that harms other users is strictly prohibited.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform's systems in any way. This includes the use of automated bots, unauthorised third-party software, or any method intended to manipulate game outcomes or transactions.
- Users must not use another person's account without their explicit consent.
- Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
- Users must not spread false or misleading information about the 50088 platform.
- Any attempt to disrupt platform services may result in legal action.
50088 reserves the right to monitor user activity for security and compliance purposes. Any breach of these rules will be acted upon promptly, including account suspension or closure.
Payments, Transactions & Liability
All transactions on the 50088 platform are conducted in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are their own. 50088 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation of payment. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may take up to 3 business days in certain circumstances. Any banking or transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
50088 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, or any technical errors beyond our control. 50088's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited into that user's account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
50088 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team via email. Before the closure is processed, any remaining account balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to the required identity verification.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure, with prior notice sent to the user's registered email address. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with 50088's applicable internal procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 50088 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 50088 and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 50088.

The 50088 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 50088 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such websites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
50088 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
